A Florida man was arrested for DUI after really pushing the BAC limit to the extreme max.
Police in Polk County say 43-year-old Miguel Anguel Rodriguez was found passed out in the driver's seat of his car, with the engine running and his foot on the brake. An officer tried to wake him up, but he was unresponsive, so he climbed into the passenger side and put the car in park. Inside the vehicle were 12 empty wine bottles. An ambulance was called in to transport Rodriguez to the hospital where his blood-alcohol content was calculated to be a whopping .523 -- six times over the legal limit. Haines City Police Chief Greg Goreck said that in his 30 years on the job, he has never seen a BAC level that high in a living person. (WOFL-TV)
