2nd Arrest in Cosgrove Middle School Bullying Incident

The Monroe County Sheriff's Office says it completed its investigation of a middle school bullying incident this week,.arresting a 13-year-old boy on charges of first degree harassment and third degree stalking.

The sheriff's office is not releasing the name of the juvenile offender, who apparently is one of a group of boys who surrounded 14-year-old Lia Sick at the Cosgrove Middle School on November 22nd and slammed her into a locker.

The girl and her parents, Shaun and Kim Sick, took legal action after saying the school's response to the incident wasn't enough.

In addition to this latest arrest, a teen who made harassing phone calls to the Sick family following their lawsuit was arrested on charges of aggravated harassment.
