Miami-Dade, FL - A man was rescued by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue after becoming trapped in a boom truck's bucket in Northwest Miami-Dade.

The man was performing work when a malfunction left the bucket stuck mid-air.

Firefighters arrived on the scene and used a ladder truck to safely bring the man down.

The rescue, captured by aerial footage, showcased the precision and expertise of the fire crew.

Fortunately, the man was unharmed, and no injuries were reported.

The cause of the malfunction remains under investigation.

This rescue comes just months after a similar incident in Omaha, Nebraska.

In June, firefighters faced an even more dangerous scenario when a hydraulic failure in a bucket truck led to a fire.

The worker, trapped high above the ground, was rescued by Omaha Fire crews, who extinguished the fire and safely brought him down without injury.
