- Contestants must be age 18 or older.
- Open to legal U.S. residents of the United States or the District of Columbia
- Contestants may call in to play a maximum of three times except for the current leader.
- The contestant who answers the most consecutive questions correctly is determined the winner at the end of the contest period. At the end of the contest period, if two or more contestants are tied with the identical number of consecutive correct answers, a tiebreaking question will be asked of those contestants off-air. All contestants will have a chance to answer. If there are more than two contestants, a question shall be asked, and all contestants shall answer. If all contestants answer correctly or all contestants answer incorrectly, all contestants will move on to another tiebreaking round in which another question will be asked of all contestants. If one or more contestants answers correctly, and one or more contestants answer incorrectly, the contestants who answered incorrectly are eliminated from the competition. Any remaining contestants are asked another tiebreaking question. This process is repeated until only one contestant remains. That contestant shall be declared the Winner.
- Prizes are not transferable, but winning contestant has the option to refuse acceptance of any prize within the prize package.
