Deni Avdija got the start tonight in place of Toumani Camara (Foot Sprain), he continued his solid play with 21 points, five rebounds and five assists.
Portland (11-20) used a 9-2 run early in the third to push their lead to 78-61. The Trail Blazers took a 97-82 lead into the fourth quarter.
Dallas (20-12) chipped away and used a 15-4 run to trim Portland's lead to single-digits but the Mavericks never got closer than five-points.
Kyrie Irving led all scorers with 46 points.
Portland shot 50% from the field, held a 58-38 advantage in paint points, and a 24-12 edge in fast break points.
Up next- The Trail Blazers will host the Philadelphia 76ers Monday night at Moda Center. The game is scheduled for 7:00 PM.
