August Vacation 2023

This last week was a good week off. We camped at Cold Springs in Weare, NH. We try to get there at least once a year. It was Halloween Weekend and we decorated and actually won the Weekender Site in the decoration contest! The kids had fun handing out candy! My sister, niece, nephew came to visit. Tuesday we went bowling and out to dinner and I met some wonderful people at the Stark House Tavern in Weare. We came home Thursday as we had plans to go to Canobie Lake on Friday, but more rain cancelled that trip. Dylan had football practices and then on Saturday Jeff and I went to Revel in the Meadow in Dover. It was a great show! The musicians were amazing! The venue was great, the volunteers were kind and we really enjoyed the entire day and night. It was fun to sleep in a tent again! We hope they do it again next year!
