IDEAS FOR COOKING –
SHRIMP CAPRESE STUFFED AVOCADO – Cook shrimp in olive oil and seasoned with Italian seasoning and salt. Cut cherub tomatoes in half, cut and pit your avocado in half, and scoop out some of the avocado to make a bowl. In a bowl add your chopped avocado, mozzarella balls, tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning and combine and then add in your shrimp. Add your salad mixture into the avocado bowls, drizzle on balsamic glaze and top with chopped basil.
TACO PIZZA – Roll out your pizza dough and par-bake it. Cook your ground beef and season with taco seasoning. When the pie crust is done spread on a layer of refried beans, top with your ground beef, then top with Mexican shredded cheese, crushed tortilla chips, sliced black olives and some hot sauce if you like a little spice. Before you serve top with chopped tomatoes and some lettuce shreds.
