This weekend we camped in Derry at Hidden Valley Campground. Jeff was going to take a half day but because of Elsa we waited to get out of the house until 4pm and I am so glad we did. The sunshine was out and things were looking up for the weekend. We unpacked the camper, ate dinner and then headed to the pool. Nobody else was there and they did a jumping competition . . . my kids always seem to tie because I can't give one the edge, ha ha!. Saturday morning we got some unexpected rain. Jeff played the back 9 and the boys and I did some fishing and hit the playground. Around 3pm we headed to Sandown for the Two to Lou Festival! We had a great day visiting vendors, listening to music and I even hopped on a food truck to cook! Sunday we came home and I tested out some apps on the Blackstone. I made toasted raviolis, avocado salsa pizzas and falafel patties. Then I relaxed with some wine and Law and Order SVU outside. It was another good weekend, but I could use some more sunshine!
