Coconut Crab Cakes on the griddle!

As always I don't measure! I put an egg, mayo, dijon mustard, worcestshire, sriracha, chopped parsley, minced red bell pepper, some shredded coconut, chopped scallions, black pepper and salt, onion powder, garlic powder, panko crumbs and claw and lump crab meat. Mix together and form patties, on a plate I mixed some more panko and shredded coconut and then coat the patty and I fried on the griddle. I served with a spicy sauce: Mix of mayo, relish, paprika, sriracha, honey, onion and garlic powder.
