Pico de gallo (Mix of jalapeno peppers, onion, tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, lime juice and salt. You can make your own or find it in the produce section pre-made)
Optional: Guacamole, sour cream, avacado
I rubbed the steak with a combination of the spices, green chiles and cook in a cast iron grill to medium rare, rest it and slice it thin. Cook onions, green peppers, red peppers, yellow and orange peppers with salt, pepper, olive oil. In a frying pan spray or put oil in and cook your corn tortilla (maybe 20 seconds on each side) and then pile on top with steak, pepper/onions, spoon of salsa, cheese. Melt the cheese and pull off the pan, top with pico de gallo, cilantro (and any other optional toppings).
