This guy is Ralph Giese.
He's the greatest "Throat Whistler" in the world. (I don't know if that's true, but since I've never seen anyone else do this- I feel confident in saying it).
And if the whistling doesn't get ya, mullet and flavor-savor stache' the guy is sporting WILL.

The only thing that would make this any better is if the dude shot flames out of his blowhole while he was doing it.
Now THAT would be something I'd pay to see!
