Not gonna lie here- but as the father of a nurse- this got me.
What a cool showing of respect and appreciation these first responders in Dover NH did for the staff of Wentworth Douglass Hospital last night.
I know it's happened in other towns and cities as well - and it's a beautiful thing.
Together, these first responders, and doctors and nurses, and med techs, lab folks, admins and all the work within those walls - are THE front line, when it comes to Covid19.
They know the risks and the dangers, and still they answer the call. They go in and do their jobs and help to save peoples lives. They are heroes all. And that's not a term I use lightly.
