Our Pasta Making Class at Tuscan Kitchen with Lend a Helping Can Winners!

We (Valerie and I) had a great time with a room full of listeners who bid on a spot to make pasta with us at Tuscan Kitchen in Portsmouth last weekend! Chef David was our instructor and he showed us how to make ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH CAPPELLACCI! We had some appetizers and drinks - while we made the pasta, and then we got to bring what we made home! Then Chef David brought some of the same capellacci out of the kitchen for us to sample. It was afun day- and all the proceeds went to help feed families in need through our Lend a Helping Can program! Thanks to Joe Farro, Chef David, and our server Leah - from Tuscan Kitchen for such a fun time!
