Shot this on this past Sunday. Was driving up to the Lakes Region, and saw the sky blooming to my right as I passed this sailboat. I pulled over immediately, and shot the hell out of it. It was gorgeous to see. The water was still, the sky exploded in color, and the smell of woodstove smoke filled the air. It was perfect....
I've got a longstanding relationship with this tree in Rollinsford. There is something about it that makes it special. It's something you can feel when you're near it. I know it may sound strange, but I'm not the only one who has felt it. It's real. And each time I shoot it (and I've shot it hundreds of times), it gives me something special.
Sometimes a field is just a field. And sometimes it looks like this, and I want to live there. (This was shot at the Coolidge Homestead in Plymouth, VT. Home of President Calvin Coolidge.)
This famous crossroad in Stark NH is the thin line that separates the highway and old New England. The bridge, the church, and the colorful mountains that paint the background has made this a photo worth travelling to for many years. Beautiful area, Stark is.
Rocky Gorge, Kancamagus Highway, Conway NH. Just look at it. What else can I say?
Hope you like them. If you want to see more of my work, feel free to check out my photo site at www.kretchy.com - thanks - g
