My Weekend: Beantown, Brews, Boos, and Blowin Leaves

The weekend started Friday afternoon when a buddy of mine and I headed to Boston to do some photography.

Shocking, I know - hahah.

But I've never walked around Boston in the late afternoon sun and early evening with the camera. And make no mistake about it - it's GORGEOUS in the fall in the city!

The Common is especially so - and it's got one of the best views of the city too -

But the magic of Boston- for me- starts after the sun goes down. The Boston Public Library, for instance-

You can't be that.....

Until you go down to the waterfront -that is,

And that's just a few I got! The last one is a photo I've wanted to take forever. It's an iconic image from Boston's Fan Pier. I've never been there before and have been trying to get that shot for years. I wasn't leaving the city on Friday night without it.

Saturday morning - it was blowin leaves in the front yard -

Thats a 10 ft x 20 ft tarp, man!

And I did this fully knowing that the yard would be full again within hours- but -- you gotta keep up with it before it gets to big to manage, right?

Saturday night - was the Brews & Boos Party -

I went as WILLY JOHNSON of ROCK HARD SALAMI!

Friggin CRUSHED IT!

On Sunday - i didn't even leave the house. Did some more leaves, worked on some photo stuff- and watched the Pats with Daisy....

This pic shows the frustration we experience watching them this year - ya feel me?

I think you do.

Hope you had a good weekend!
