The Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office has identified a body discovered floating in a shallow pond on Highway 63 near the Pepsi plant off Interstate 12 in Livingston Parish Monday.
The LPSO said the victim was Oscar Aaron Hopson, 42, of Madisonville. An autopsy is pending to determine Hopson's cause of death.
The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office had reported Hopson as missing.
